Founded by Aya El Harch, AYLA draws from years of hands-on experience in retail operations and e-commerce strategy. After managing high-volume retail at Fresh Market and leading logistics operations at MealShift, Aya understood something most designers miss: that beautiful products need operational excellence behind them to reach the people who deserve them.
That operational mind, paired with a deep love for Moroccan artistry and minimalist design, became AYLA. Every piece is designed in Casablanca with a simple philosophy: jewelry should feel like it belongs to you from the moment you put it on.
